We're based in Costa Mesa, CA, and we build and manage the systems that bring customers in, convert them, and keep revenue from leaking out — search and AI visibility, advertising, the store or listing they land on, and the follow-up afterwards. If a brand is already selling, we take the channel over and grow it. If it has a product and no channel, we build it and launch it.
What We Do
We manage two ecosystems. On Amazon: PPC, listings and listing SEO, A+ Content, Brand Store, catalog, Seller Central and account health. On your own site: the Shopify store, product pages and collections, plus Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max, Merchant Center and conversion tracking.
You keep product development, manufacturing, inventory and brand. We handle the online sales infrastructure, the advertising and the optimization — one team, one report, whether that's one channel or all three.
Alongside those we run AI Revenue Systems: measuring and improving how often ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity name a business; recovering leads that local service businesses have already paid for and never answered; finding the fee, advertising and inventory leaks inside an Amazon account; accessibility auditing for e-commerce stores; and turning repetitive office work into workflows.
We also still build custom operational software — scheduling, booking, CRM, dispatch — for Orange County businesses. That is a real service line, and a secondary one.
Why We Started
A brand that makes something good is not automatically a brand that can sell it online. Amazon, Shopify and Google are three separate disciplines, each with its own vocabulary, and each demanding weekly attention. Most owners end up doing all three badly in the evenings, or hiring three vendors who each blame the other two.
The problems that cost the most sit between those vendors — ad spend pointed at a product page that loses the sale, a feed rejecting half the catalog, a listing nobody has touched since launch. One team sees all three. That is why we do it this way.
Who You Actually Work With
We are a team, not one person with a laptop, and we have deliberately not built the company around a single name. A client account is worked by several specialists rather than handed to one generalist: the person on your ad account is not the person rebuilding your listings, and neither of them is the person checking why your feed is rejecting half the catalog. In practice five or more people touch an account at some point in a month.
You still get one point of contact and one report. What you do not get is the common agency arrangement where a salesperson signs you and an unnamed junior runs the work afterwards — the people who scope your account are the people who work it.
The experience behind this is first-hand rather than theoretical. We run our own e-commerce operation — a direct-to-consumer brand, wholesale through Faire, and our own Amazon Seller Central account — so the fees, the suppressions, the feed rejections and the ad waste on this site are things we have paid for ourselves, not just read about. That is also why the pricing here is published and flat: we have been on the other side of a percentage-of-spend invoice.
