Services

OC Systems Agency provides custom web system development services. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project is defined in a written proposal accepted by both parties.

Payment

Build & Transfer projects require a 50% deposit before development begins, with the remainder due on delivery. Build & Maintain monthly fees are billed in advance.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Build & Transfer clients receive full ownership of the system code. For Build & Maintain clients, OC Systems Agency retains ownership of the codebase but grants a perpetual license to use the system during the maintenance agreement.

Limitation of Liability

OC Systems Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
