Talk to the AI Receptionist
You are the patient. Pelican Point Family Dentistry is made up, its calendar is made up, and the assistant is the one we set up on a real office’s line. Call it and ask for an appointment, or let it call you to confirm tomorrow’s visit and ask to move it. Ask for a person, try to trip it up.
Calling
Pelican Point Family Dentistry
A made-up practice, for this demo only
Pick a call:
Press Start the call and Ava answers. Then talk the way a patient would: “I’d like a cleaning next week”, “do you have anything Thursday afternoon”, “can I speak to someone”.
Voice works in Chrome, Edge and Safari. Typing works everywhere.
Demo only: a made-up practice and calendar, nothing is booked or sent anywhere, and no transcript is kept. Speech recognition runs in your browser. Please do not say real names, health details or card numbers; the assistant will not take a card number even if offered.
The practice’s calendar
What Ava sees. Grey is taken; gold is what it booked or moved on this call.
On a real line the assistant reads and writes your own scheduler, the texts go out for real, and a patient can reply to any of them to confirm or move the visit. Ask Jordan what it would take on yours.
What you are seeing
The same assistant that answers a real line, pointed at an invented practice. It says it is an assistant, checks the calendar on the right before offering a time, reads the booking back for a yes, and takes a message when it should not decide. In the reminder call it confirms, moves or cancels the appointment on the books, and the text the patient would get appears beside the calendar.
What it will refuse
Clinical advice, a card number, a guess at a price or an insurance plan, and a booking you have not confirmed. Describe an emergency and it sends you to 911 instead of a slot. Ask for a person and you get one; here, that becomes a message for the desk.
What is different on your line
Your hours, your providers or tables, your scheduler, the answers you approve, and texts that really go out and can be replied to. Spanish on the same line. The forwarding rules decide when it answers. How it is set up, and the price.
Want to Hear It on Your Own Line?
Tell Jordan what kind of office you run and which scheduler you use. The price is on the service page; the call is about which scheduler setup you are in and when the line should forward.
