Lead Tracking & CRM for Contractors

Contractors lose more money to forgotten follow-ups than to lost bids. When a lead comes in while you're on a job, it ends up in voicemail or a text thread and goes cold. We build a lightweight CRM that captures every lead and reminds you to follow up until it's won or lost.

Sound familiar?

1

Leads buried in voicemail, texts, and email while you're on a roof

2

Quotes sent and then forgotten — no system telling you to chase them

3

No idea which marketing actually produced this month's jobs

Why contractors is different

Contractors don't need an enterprise CRM with 200 fields — they need speed-to-lead and disciplined follow-up. We build the few things that move money: instant capture of every inbound lead, a follow-up reminder so quotes don't die, and source tracking so you stop paying for marketing that doesn't produce jobs.

What your crm dashboard includes

Every lead and customer in one searchable pipeline
Follow-up reminders so no quote goes cold
Full contact + job history at a glance
Quote and proposal tracking through to close
Source tracking so you know what marketing works
Notes, tags, and statuses built around your process

Frequently asked questions

Is this easier than HubSpot or Jobber?
Easier is the wrong test; fit is. Jobber and HubSpot are competent products, and if you want scheduling, invoicing, payments and a customer portal in one subscription, Jobber will almost certainly cost you less than having that built. What we build is deliberately smaller: capture every inbound lead, chase it until it is won or lost, and record where it came from. That suits a contractor who already has invoicing sorted and is losing money to follow-up rather than to paperwork. It also suits anyone whose process keeps fighting the software, with stage names that do not match how you bid, required fields nobody fills in, and a per-seat price that punishes hiring. Run it as arithmetic: seats times monthly fee times twenty-four months, against $1,900 one-time to own a build outright. If the subscription wins and the product fits how you work, keep paying it.
Will it remind me to follow up on quotes?
Yes, and the mechanism matters more than the feature. Every quote you send gets a next-action date attached at the moment it goes out, not left to memory. The default cadence is a light one, a nudge a couple of days out, another the following week, a last one before you mark it dead, and you can change the intervals once you see how your own jobs behave. The overdue list is the first thing on the screen when you open it, because a reminder you have to go looking for is not a reminder. Nudges arrive by text, since you are on a roof rather than at a desk, and they stop the moment a quote is marked won or lost. To size the opportunity, count the quotes you sent last quarter that never got a second contact, multiply by your average job value and by a conservative close rate.
Can it tell me where my leads come from?
Yes, and the useful part is not the lead count but what each source actually booked. Web forms carry a hidden source field, paid campaigns get their own tracking number, and referrals get tagged by whoever takes the call. The report then shows won jobs and revenue by source rather than raw enquiries, which is the only version that changes a decision, because a channel can produce plenty of leads and almost no work. Be realistic about the limits: someone sees your truck, remembers the name a month later and searches for you, and that job lands as organic search no matter what you install. Asking every caller how they heard about you, and recording the answer in one field, gets you closer to the truth than any tracking setup. What you are buying is the ability to look at a channel producing calls and no jobs and stop paying for it.
